The Cynthiana Splash Pad proudly stands as one of the largest standalone splash pads in Kentucky, offering a refreshing and enjoyable experience for families and individuals alike, completely free of charge to the community through the generous support of the City of Cynthiana and the Harrison County Fiscal Court. Nestled in a vibrant recreational area, the Splash Pad is conveniently located near a fantastic playground, a spacious pavilion, a fully stocked concession stand for snacks and refreshments, as well as sand volleyball courts, a disc golf court, and a scenic walking trail, making it an ideal destination for fun-filled days under the sun.

The Cynthiana Harrison County Chamber Foundation was founded in March of 2019 to promote community outreach and development. The foundation is a 501c3 branch of the Cynthiana Harrison County Chamber of Commerce.

Splash Pad Rules
Play Safely, Have Fun and Help Us keep Your Splash Pad Clean and in Good Condition.
Admission to the splash pad shall be refused to a person……..
- Having any contagious disease; infectious conditions, such as colds, fever, ringworm, foot infections, skin lesions, carbuncles, boils, inflamed eyes, or ear discharges; or any other condition that has the appearance of being infectious; having excessive sunburn, abrasions that have not healed, corn plasters, bunion pads, adhesive tape, rubber bandages, or other bandages of any kind.
- Under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or exhibiting erratic behavior. Food, drink, gum, tobacco, or vapor producing products shall not be allowed.
- Personal conduct shall assure that the safety of self and others is not jeopardized.
- Running and boisterous or rough play shall not be permitted.
- Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose, or otherwise introducing contaminants into the splash pad water shall not be permitted.
- All apparel worn shall be clean.
- No Food or Drinks Allowed Inside The Splash Pad Gates.
- No Pets Allowed Inside The Splash Pad Gates.
- No Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bicycles, Scooters, etc. allowed on the Splash Pad.
- All Children ages 10 and under must be supervised by an adult.
- Toddlers must wear swim diapers.
- Do NOT climb or hang from equipment.
- Do NOT sit on Splash Pad Equipment
- Glass, soap, or other material that creates hazardous conditions or interferes with
efficient operation of the splash pad shall not be permitted in the facility or on the deck.
For your safety, Splash pad is under video camera surveillance and is regularly monitored. We have a ZERO tolerance for violations of these rules.
